Restricted Actions:

• Affiliates are not permitted to generate SEO traffic using our brand name or branded keywords.
• Creating multiple accounts by the same individual with same or different numbers is strictly prohibited and will result in exclusion from revenue share calculations and suspension of all related accounts.
• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from adding their own player ID to their downline. Any such activity will result in disqualification from the affiliate program.

Must-Follow Rules:

• Affiliates must provide accurate details during the sign-up process.
• Affiliates must maintain a minimum of 5 active players to be eligible for commission payouts.
• The total accumulated net profit from the downline must exceed 1000 taka to qualify for commission eligibility.
• Affiliates are required to comply with all restricted actions, rules, and terms & conditions set forth by the brand.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions:

• The affiliate revenue share percentage is calculated based on the member’s net monthly loss, after deducting promotions and bonuses, cashback or refunds, negative carryover, operational costs, and payment processing fees.
• The extra cash bonus is calculated based on the total deposits made by downline players during the month, as shown in the homepage table.
• This extra cash bonus will be computed at the time of commission calculation and added during the commission payout.
• The net profit less than 1000 taka will not be shown on commission and wont be carry forwarded to next month.
• In case of a net loss on the dashboard, the negative balance will be carried forward to the following month. As a result, no commission will be issued for that month.
• The earned revenue commission will be released between the 3rd and 8th working days of each month. Once released, affiliates may request a withdrawal to their designated player account.
• P2P games are excluded from the affiliate calculation.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

• The application form is completed and submitted by the Affiliate personally.
• Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined by the brand.
• Affiliates acknowledge that gambling is a regulated industry and agree to provide any required information or assistance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Affiliates understand the inherent risks of gaming, including the potential loss of money.
• Affiliates agree to adhere to the methods, rules, and procedures associated with the gaming service requested.
• Jeetway is not responsible for any risks arising from the loss of your User ID or password, or from sharing this information with others. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact Jeetway Support immediately for assistance.
• Jeetway uses user-provided information only for specific purposes such as newsletters, promotions, and member services. Jeetway do not share personal data with third parties without user consent.
